Since joining Advanced IT as Vice President of Human Resources in March 2024, Laura has been much more than an administrator of policies. She has been a strategic partner to our leadership and a steadfast advocate for every member of our team.

With over 20 years of experience, including senior roles at HDT Global and Domo Tactical Communications, Laura arrived with a deep understanding of the unique pressures and high stakes of the defense and federal contracting world. But what truly sets her apart is her mission to “champion transparency” and “improve the quality of people’s lives” through creative HR solutions.
