Advanced IT Announces Brein Jones as VP of Operations
Driving Operational Excellence for Advanced IT’s Next Phase of Growth
Advanced IT is proud to announce Brein Jones as Vice President of Operations, effective immediately. In this role, Brein transitions from the Growth organization into Delivery and Operations, reporting directly to Martin Mackes, Chief Delivery Officer.
Brein will lead the continued development and expansion of Advanced IT’s operational framework, strengthening the consistency, visibility, and discipline behind how the company plans, executes, measures, and improves performance across the organization. She will work closely with leaders in Delivery, Growth, Finance, and Corporate to ensure strategic goals are translated into effective, scalable execution.

With more than 14 years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and enterprise operations leadership, Brein has been a key driver of progress throughout the organization. While on the Growth team, she helped elevate pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, executive reporting, and overall operational rigor, improvements that will now extend across the full enterprise.
In her new role, Brein’s responsibilities will include:
- Driving operational execution and cross-functional alignment
- Developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks
- Integrating revenue and sales operations with Delivery and Finance
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Advancing process improvement, automation, and scalability
- Overseeing vendor, contract, and cost-optimization efforts
